Before you write
- A song will not play. YouTube links only work when the video's owner allows it to play outside YouTube; Caseta says so when you paste the link. Uploaded audio plays only for you and the one person you lend the tape to.
- A lent tape shows "Tape unavailable". The owner took it back, the loan expired, or you are signed in with a different email than the one it was lent to. Ask the owner for a new invitation.
- Signing in. Caseta works with email and password, Google, and Sign in with Apple on iPhone. If a verification email does not arrive, check spam, then use "Resend the link" on the sign-in screen.
- Something on a lent tape is wrong. Open the tape and use "Report this tape" or "Block sender". Reports are read by a person.
- Deleting your account. Profile → settings → Delete account, or see how to delete your account.
What to include
The email you signed in with, your phone and its OS version, and what you were doing when it went wrong. A screenshot helps. We reply within a few working days.
